Arthur wore a smartwatch for heart monitoring.
My goal was to reconstruct the final hour.

Arthur’s phone paired near devices.

He said panic.
Then his car GPS showed he drove to his office.

Charles filed preparation before death confirmation.
That was devastating.
Then prosecutors obtained his emails.
ELEANOR:

CHARLES:

ELEANOR:

No clear evidence.
Then one message from Arthur to Grant at 6:48:

Grant never saw it.

Grant responded:
What happened?
Then called Eleanor.
Call lasted eleven minutes.
What did she say?
Grant claimed she told him Arthur had heart attack and was confused before collapse.
Again.
Then Grant never asked about trust later?
He said he did.
Eleanor told him Arthur changed nothing.
He accepted.
That was his failure.
Then Arthur’s final amendment became legally powerful.

If reinstated, Grant’s direct voting control disappears pending audit.
He panicked.

The meeting was staged.
Grant intended to make my coerced signature look voluntary in front of board members.
Then one board member admitted Eleanor told them:
“Clara will finalize things tonight.”

Then my father’s death became relevant.
Thomas Hayes died in office fire eleven months ago.
Richard believed fire destroyed original documents.
But now we knew Richard preserved briefcase.
Was fire accident?
Fire department report:
Electrical origin likely.
No accelerant.
Still likely accident.
But one file showed Thomas had scheduled a meeting with Arthur’s former assistant Martha the next morning.
He had discovered the final trust.
Then fire occurred.
Could still be coincidence.
Do not force murder.
Then Martha said Thomas told her:
“If Clara marries into this mess and anything happens to me, Richard knows what to do.”
That explained briefcase.
Then one final smartwatch artifact.
Arthur recorded a voice note at 6:55.
“Eleanor switched my pills again.”
Direct.
Then:
“Charles is here. If I don’t make the board meeting, call Grant.”
The note stopped.
I thought Arthur’s death might remain medically ambiguous—but his own voice established that he believed Eleanor had switched his medication minutes before his fatal collapse.
