Dr. Vance admitted he signed the delivery order.
He claimed Margaret threatened his daughter.
He had been trying to delay the plan while collecting evidence.
That explained some decisions.

He had allowed unauthorized embryo transfer.
He had concealed Eli’s birth.
He knew Lily existed.
Victim and participant.

The medical board suspended him immediately.
But his records revealed Lily’s location.
She had been transferred to a church-run home in Georgia.
When authorities arrived, the staff produced a death certificate.
Lily Collins.
Cause: respiratory failure.
No body.
No burial record.
Another false death.
Then a security image showed Margaret entering the home three days earlier carrying Lily.
