Chapter 7 - THE DELIVERY PLAN

Doctors stopped the contractions temporarily.

The baby needed more time.

Federal agents guarded every entrance.

My name disappeared from public hospital systems.

Sarah, Melissa, and Rebecca remained nearby under protection.

Three women connected by the same family.

No one spoke about sisterhood.

Trust came slower than survival.

Kyle requested a plea agreement.

He offered the location of Margaret’s underground clinic.

Ryan called him a coward.

Jason threatened him through another prisoner.

Kyle kept talking.

He had started filming at seventeen because Margaret told him the family needed “documentation.”

At first, he believed the women were participating in extreme therapy.

Later, he understood.

He continued anyway.

Laughter became a shield against guilt.

“I never touched them,” he said.

Rebecca Sloan answered, “You turned their pain into evidence against them.”

Kyle lowered his eyes.

His cooperation led agents to an abandoned wellness center in rural Arkansas.

Beneath it was a reproductive lab.

They found June alive.

Three other women were rescued.

Margaret had left minutes before.

The lab contained embryo records, donor profiles, and delivery schedules.

My delivery was scheduled for thirty-six weeks.

But a second line showed EMERGENCY HARVEST — BASEMENT.

That was the plan Jason had begun.

If I resisted the legal transfer, violence would trigger premature labor.

The baby would be removed.

I would be declared dead from complications.

Ryan would receive custody as biological father.

Sarah’s forged signature would serve as maternal consent through marriage.

Every lie supported another.

Then the lab revealed something about Rebecca.

My sister had visited a Carter fertility clinic seven years earlier after struggling to conceive.

Her embryos were stored there.

The records showed one had been implanted into another woman without consent.

A child was born.

Male.

Age six.

Current guardian: Margaret Carter.

Rebecca had a son she never knew existed.

Margaret now held both our children inside the same plan.

May you like

One unborn.

One hidden.
