The program cultivated that resentment.
When investigators found her, she surrendered.
She said she had never met Daniel.
Then Daniel recognized her voice.
Claire had interrogated him aboard the ship.
She knew the encryption phrase.
Why not give it to Hale?
Because she wanted the archive for herself.

Both.
Then Claire revealed Hale’s final plan.
