Juny remembered writing the sentence.
Eleanor dictated it.
She said it was a promise to pray for Davina.
The rest of the page was added later.
Real handwriting.
False context.
The same method used across the network.
Sofia’s expert proved different ink ages and printer alignment.
The document failed.
Then Juny asked to provide a protected statement.
She described being told that family love meant not asking questions.
She described the clinic.
The bracelet.
The sedatives.
The lunch.
Her fear that collapsing would ruin the vacation.
Then she said:
“I thought pain was rude.”
The courtroom changed.
Eleanor looked down.
Davina cried.
Neither reaction erased the evidence.
The jury convicted Eleanor of medical coercion, child endangerment, fraud, kidnapping conspiracy, and trust manipulation.
Margaret received a lesser but serious conviction for impersonation, unlawful confinement, and conspiracy.
Davina was convicted of child endangerment and conspiracy but received consideration for cooperation and her own victimization.
Dr. Vale’s associates were charged.
Ashbourne remained free.
Then June’s records revealed Eleanor had not created the donor network.
