The woman was Anna Ashford, our older half sister.
Raised inside Ashford Continuity’s legal branch, she specialized in synthetic signatures and identity transfers.
She freed Grant because he promised access to Thomas’s original archive. She wanted proof Evelyn had abandoned her.
Grant planned to blame the escape on Anna. She surrendered and gave investigators the archive location: the basement of the old Monroe factory.
Inside were replica bedrooms.
Open suitcase. Scattered clothes. Keys on the floor.
Actors had rehearsed Grant’s slap, Judith’s kicks, and my expected reaction.
The confrontation was a purchased behavioral script.
They expected me to beg.
Throwing the keys was unscripted.
