Evelyn admitted meeting Thomas that night.
He intended to expose Ashford Continuity and Monroe fraud together. Judith followed him. Harrison arrived later.
Thomas tried to flee with evidence. Judith grabbed the wheel. The boat struck a marker, and Thomas went overboard.
Harrison reached him too late.
Judith let Grant believe his own argument had caused his father’s death. She used his guilt to control him.
Evelyn kept silent because revealing herself would expose witness protection.
Then Thomas’s evidence showed Judith had begun the company theft years earlier using Grant’s signature.
Grant inherited both wealth and liability.
