By the next morning, all three began negotiating.
Daniel offered the ledgers.
Margaret offered Ethan’s emails.
Ethan offered recordings of conversations with Daniel.
Their loyalty disappeared faster than the stolen money.
Ava sat with a victim advocate and listened as Detective Morales explained the likely charges.
Fraud.
Identity theft.
Forgery.
Unlawful restraint.
Witness intimidation involving Rosa.
Conspiracy.
Additional charges remained possible as investigators contacted the other women whose money had passed through Parker Event Holdings.
One of them was named Claire Benton.
She had dated Ethan three years earlier.
Claire agreed to speak with Ava by phone.
“He told me we were buying a house together,” she said. “I transferred eighty thousand dollars. Then his mother called me unstable when I asked for it back.”
“I’m sorry.”
“I thought I was the only one.”
“So did I.”
That sentence became the beginning of something larger.
Claire connected Ava with the other victims.
They compared messages, promises and documents.
The language was nearly identical.
Ethan had called each woman his future.
Margaret had called each woman family.
Daniel had called each transfer temporary.
The pattern was so precise that prosecutors no longer had to rely on one frightened witness.
They had a system.
Ava’s hidden recording became the final piece because it captured the Parkers acting when they believed no one else could hear.
Margaret demanding the card.
Ethan blocking the door.

A week later, arrest warrants were executed.
Ethan was arrested at his office.
Margaret was arrested outside her country club.
Daniel was arrested after leaving his attorney’s office.
