Robert’s message did not say he planned to shove Sarah.
That distinction mattered legally.
But it destroyed his claim that he merely wandered into an unexpected family argument.
Evelyn alerted him.

Robert answered:
I’ll handle Sarah.
Then he entered her office before the banquet.
Her camera was disabled.
He searched her desk.
