Her real name was Claire Dawson.
She resembled me because we shared the same father.
Another half sister.
Margaret had located every daughter connected to the maternal trust line.
Claire was trained to use my identity in medical visits and legal filings.
She believed Luke intended to marry her after my death.
Then she learned about the first Caroline.
Claire fled the mill before police arrived.
She contacted Michael and offered evidence.
In exchange, she wanted protection.
She carried another male heir.
But independent testing showed her child’s father was Luke.
Margaret had altered the program.
