Braddock entered in a plain uniform without rank insignia displayed for the proceeding.

The evidence was presented carefully.

Messages.
Witness testimony.
Security footage from the dining hall.
The screen showed Braddock blasting Ava with the extinguisher.
Ava watched without looking away.
The room saw her wheelchair roll backward.
Saw Jonah catch it.
Saw Braddock strike the tray.
Saw Ava stop Jonah from retaliating.
Braddock’s attorney argued that the incident was crude humor, not an attempt to harm her.
The medical specialist disagreed.
Powder inhalation could have injured Ava.
The uncontrolled wheelchair motion could have damaged her healing leg.
The loose brake created additional danger.
Then Ava testified.
She did not discuss Daniel.
She discussed leadership.
“Rank gave Staff Sergeant Braddock the ability to correct soldiers.”
She looked toward him.
“He used it to make injured people afraid to speak.”
Braddock stared back.
“You hated me,” his attorney suggested.
Ava answered:
“I feared what you could do to other soldiers.”
The response silenced the room.
Lucas testified next.
