Samuel Vale was convicted of kidnapping, medical assault, trafficking, reproductive fraud, conspiracy, evidence tampering, and multiple deaths.
Thomas Grant was convicted of kidnapping, reckless endangerment, biological-threat offenses, unlawful data release, and conspiracy. His cooperation and exposure of facilities reduced but did not erase his sentence.
Hannah pleaded guilty to unlawful surveillance, hospital intrusion, and conspiracy. She received consideration for locating missing children.
Martha was convicted of child abuse, unlawful confinement, and identity fraud. The court acknowledged Vale’s coercion without treating it as immunity.

Marcus received probation and professional suspension for removing evidence, with credit for cooperation.
Rebecca accepted charges related to false identity use and unauthorized medical procedures.
Clara was not charged for Daniel’s birth crimes because she had no knowledge or consent.
I faced medical-board review for the old sedation orders.
The board found I had followed misleading supervision but failed to question unusual patterns. I received formal discipline and mandatory ethics oversight rather than losing my license.
I accepted it.
Accountability did not require pretending every role was equal.
It required naming what each person knew, could do, and chose.
Daniel recovered slowly.
His arm survived.

He chose supervised visits with Clara.

The plan predicted that opening Daniel’s cast would infect me.
The bacterial culture inside it had been designed for my immune profile.
I had survived because Clara placed an extra barrier glove beneath my surgical glove before handing me the saw.
She had noticed the chemical smell and acted without knowing why.
A small professional decision saved me.
But the record’s final note remained unexplained.
