The forged court order.

The tracker in Rebecca’s car.

Mason testified under oath.
He admitted helping Derek install cameras and rehearse confrontations.
He claimed Derek manipulated him.
The judge reminded him that participation was still a choice.
Dr. Mercer’s professional report was excluded.
His conduct had been referred for disciplinary review.
Derek testified last.
He denied wanting Lily’s trust.
Claire played the office recording.
His own words filled the courtroom.
I don’t want custody.
Derek stared at the screen.
Then he looked at Rebecca.

Rebecca received sole legal and primary physical custody.
