The first sheriff’s deputy reached the Blackwell estate at 12:07 a.m.
His body camera showed Warren standing near the mansion.
Suit clean.
Hair dry.
No burns on his hands.
He claimed he had just carried Lily from the foundry.
But the camera showed no soot on his shirt.
No damage to his shoes.
No sign he had entered the blaze.
A figure lay near the service road behind him.
Meredith.
Unconscious.
Lily was on the grass closer to the foundry.
Her body had been covered with a dark wool coat.
The coat did not belong to Warren.

The officer blamed a technical failure.
Detective Mills examined the device.

The deputy’s name was Aaron Pike.
Not Aaron Mills.
Pike retired the morning after the fire, citing health concerns.
He left Pennsylvania before investigators could question him.
His retirement account received a two-hundred-thousand-dollar deposit from a Blackwell shell company.
Mills traced Pike to a motel in West Virginia.
Federal marshals brought him back.
During questioning, Pike denied taking money.
Then investigators showed him the transfer.
He broke.
When Pike arrived at the fire, Otis Frame was kneeling beside Lily.
His clothes were burning.
His hands were badly injured.
Otis begged Pike to call state police and protect the child.
Warren approached with two security men.
He ordered Pike to turn off the camera.
Pike complied.
The missing minute showed Warren’s men dragging Otis into an SUV.
Warren then placed his own coat beside Lily and told Pike to report that he had rescued her.

He hid the memory card inside a safe-deposit box.
Detectives retrieved it.

Otis alive.
Lily outside the burning building.
Warren ordering the false report.
And Meredith lying injured while her father stepped over her without checking whether she was breathing.
